Guernsey

Why is it that I am being charged for calling Guernsey when it is listed as included in roaming charges, and how can i get these charges refunded

    Hi ​@Tim64,

     

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    When you're in Guernsey, calls and texts to UK numbers can be included in your allowances, depending on your plan and roaming entitlements.

     

    However, if you called a local Guernsey number, this would be classed as an international call rather than a UK call. International calls are not included in your standard allowances and are therefore chargeable.

     

    As the charges were applied for usage outside of your included allowances, we wouldn't be able to refund them.
