Bank has confirmed 6 payments went to you but your saying only 5 you stopped my service and are not helping your customer service is appaling wont pay till amended and noone is looking into it so will claim it back from bank seen as you have said you havent recieved it sort it out i will be taking this to trading standards as your in the wrong nobody use them they are shocking
