Have a direct debit for an iD mobile but can't see it on my app

I have a direct debit set up for iD mobile. Thw problem is I have ko idea which number it is connected to as I can't see it in my app. I have cancelled the direct debit but I do t know how to have that plan cancelled as I have no information.
