Hello. I changed my contract a few months ago. I noticed that my charges were significantly higher. I checked and it turned out that it was from a strange, unfamiliar number (78484 - premium!!!) every day after 5:00 PM.

Hello. I changed my contract a few months ago. I noticed that my charges were significantly higher. I checked and it turned out that it was from a strange, unfamiliar number (78484 - premium!!!) every day after 5:00 PM.

Please block this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to block specific numbers on our system. If these calls or messages are occurring regularly, for example after 5:00 PM each day, it may be related to a service or subscription that you have previously signed up for. I would suggest to check the text and see if you can unsubscribe to it.

As an alternative, you can set your bill cap to £0 through the iD Mobile app. This will help prevent any further out-of-plan charges from being incurred

 

You can set your Bill Cap to £0 in the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
Tap "Plan" at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Manage Bill Cap".
Use the slider or select £0 as your Bill Cap amount.
Confirm and save your changes.

A Bill Cap of £0 helps prevent any out-of-bundle charges, such as:

Calls or texts not included in your plan
Roaming charges (where applicable)
Premium rate calls and texts
