Hello. How are you. I just want too pay the money for the contract but not taken the money and also about the contract I’m not happy about it 

you Charge me extra the month .plz when date run out or tax or call stop I don’t want any extra 

I hope you understood me

So you had a bill that needs paying and you didn’t have enough money to pay for it at that time?

 

And you’re now not happy with the contract?

 

When did you place the order for the contract?

 

If iD Mobile are charging you more you must be using the phone outside of your allowances. Some calls will be chargeable as will some texts. Can you see on your bill why you’ve been charged extra?

 

To prevent incurring additional charges you can set your billing cap to £0. Via the iD Mobile App or online account you need to select Bills then Manage bill cap set this to £0 and press Save

I’m not sure what you mean here, to make a payment manually, you can use the iD Mobile app/website or call the payment line on 7777 from your iD Mobile number or 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD Mobile number.

 

Have you checked your emailed bill to see what you’ve been charged extra for?

 

We don’t have a phone number for customer services.
