ok Hi I need to Increase my spending cap for this month as I am stranded In Sri Lanka and need ti contact the uk regarding scheduling flights and insurance

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, please note that you can increase the cap limit on your iD Mobile App:

    Steps to Increase Cap Limit in iD Mobile App:

    • Open the app and log in.
    • Tap on the Bills tab.
    • Select Manage bill cap.
    • Adjust the slider to your preferred, higher amount.
    • Save/Confirm the changes.
