Hi, apparently my bill cap has been used? But I’m unlimited service, can’t seem to connect with holland

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I’m sorry for the confusion regarding your bill cap. As you are on an unlimited plan, your usage should not be restricted, so we’ll need to check why your account is showing that the bill cap has been reached.

Regarding your difficulty connecting with Holland, this may be related to the account restriction or network settings. Please send us a private message so we can securely access your account, investigate both the bill cap and connection issues, and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

You get unlimited calls to UK 01,02 and 03 numbers. You do NOT get unlimited international calls.

Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry that you’re having an issue with calling Holland. 

 

I can confirm that ​@WelshPaul is correct, calls and texts to Holland are not included in your plan, as this is classed as calling or texting abroad.

 

To use international calling or texting services, you would need to increase your bill cap to allow these charges.
