hi. i dont want a refund, or need a reply to this post, i just think maybe make the charge as minimal as possible because i wouldnt like think that companies are making money on donations toa disaster

    We completely understand where you're coming from, especially when it comes to donating to a disaster relief appeal.

     

    The charge is part of our standard chargeable services for shortcode messages, so unfortunately it isn't something we're able to waive. However, we do appreciate your feedback, and we'll make sure your suggestion is passed on for consideration. We understand why you'd like to see these charges reduced or removed for charitable donations in the future.
