higher than expected bill

Hi, I have agreed to a £6 monthly sim plan with £0 limit for any over charge. My bill this month was £9.55. Why is that?

If your plan is £6 per month but your bill has come to £9.55, it's possible that additional out-of-plan charges have been applied to the account.

 

These can include things such as:

  • Chargeable calls or texts not included in your plan
  • Premium rate services
  • International calls or texts
  • Other usage that falls outside of your monthly allowance
     

We'd recommend checking your latest bill, as it will provide a breakdown of any additional charges and show exactly what the extra amount relates to.
