How are the bills worked out?

Hello, I am just coming to the end of my contract and wondered how the bills work? My contract ends on the 30th August but my billing period runs from 12th August to 11th September for my final bill. Will I be reimbursed for the time that runs past the 30th of August? I won't be able to use the last 11 days worth of minutes and data. Also when you first open a contract you pay on advance and often a second bills comes a few weeks later.

It depends on whether you cancel the contract or upgrade.

If you upgrade, the contract will continue as normal. However, if you're planning to cancel, you will be billed until the date the contract is closed.
