I no longer have access to my online account and have a final bill to pay.
I’ve attempted to pay using the automated phone line however I’m not even asked to input my account number or phone number, instead I’m told I owe £0!
In fact I owe over £700 as I’ve moved provider and sold my handset to pay off my iD mobile account 12 months early.
There isn’t any helpful information on the rear of my final bill.
Can anyone help?
