How do I cap my account to avoid overspending

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Steps to Set or Change Your Bill Cap
Open the iD Mobile App and sign in.
Tap on the Bills tab (or check My Services / your account profile if using a different menu layout).
Select Manage bill cap.
Adjust the slider or type your preferred amount (such as £0 to block all extra charges, or a higher limit like £25) into the field.
Tap Save or Confirm
