Recently changed contract with ID to SIM only and couldn't see where to change the direct debit amount. The previous contract amount has just been taken from my bank.

Hi @PmalloyKindly be advised that you wouldn’t need to change the direct debit amount on your end. This will automatically update to the new monthly line rental.
