How do i change me direct debit amount as Ive changed my contract with ID

Recently changed contract with ID to SIM only and couldn't see where to change the direct debit amount. The previous contract amount has just been taken from my bank.

Hi ​@Pmalloy

 

Kindly be advised that you wouldn’t need to change the direct debit amount on your end. This will automatically update to the new monthly line rental. It seems that your most recent bill was already generated when you changed your plan, your next bill will be prorated which means that you will be credited for the number of days you did not use your previous plan and will be charged for the number of days you used your new plan.
