I do not understand how to use this sim can I exchange for a real SIM card

    Sorry for any confusion around getting started with your SIM, I can absolutely understand how that might be frustrating.

     

    Yes, you can definitely switch to a physical (standard) SIM card!

     

    You’ve got two easy options:

    • Pop into your nearest Currys store and request a replacement SIM
    • Or contact our Live Chat team here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and they can arrange for one to be sent out to you

     

    Whichever option you choose, you’ll just need to have proof of identity with you (such as a passport or driving licence). Once you receive the new SIM, it will need to be activated before you can start using it.
