how do i get my voucher?

How do I track down my voucher, I signed up 4 months ago to a SIM only deal that came with an incentive voucher.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble tracking down your voucher, to help point you in the right direction, could you let us know a bit more about the voucher?

     

    • Which voucher or offer are you referring to?
    • Who was the order placed with, was it directly with iD Mobile, or through Carphone Warehouse or Mobiles.co.uk?

     

    Once we’ve got that info, we can guide you on how to find or claim it.
