I explained ‘How to’ in your next post but you didn’t add the information that it was an issue with your bank/DD that was causing the problem.

You can contact the Live chat to see if they will accept monthly ‘manual’ payments until the problem with your bank/direct debit issues have been resolved but this really needs to taken up with your bank so they can sort it ASAP.

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your bank account.

 

If your Direct Debit isn't going through, you can still make a manual payment using any of the following methods:

  • Via the iD Mobile app or My Account online by selecting Make a Payment.
  • By phone by calling 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777.
  • If you're calling from your iD Mobile handset, you can simply dial 7777.

 

Once your banking issues have been resolved, we'd also recommend checking that your Direct Debit is still active to help avoid any missed future payments.
