Hi
Thanks for your post.
Once a payment has been made, service restoration can take anywhere from around 1 hour up to 24 hours, depending on how the payment was processed and when it was received on the account.
If you've made a payment recently, we'd recommend:
- Restarting your phone.
- Turning Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then back off.
- Allowing some time for the payment to be applied and the service to be restored.
If it's been more than 24 hours since the payment was made and your service still hasn't resumed, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat for further assistance: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
We hope you're back up and running soon.
