Once a payment has been made, service restoration can take anywhere from around 1 hour up to 24 hours, depending on how the payment was processed and when it was received on the account.

If you've made a payment recently, we'd recommend:

• Restarting your phone.
• Turning Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds and then back off.
• Allowing some time for the payment to be applied and the service to be restored.
