How many sims can I buy at the same time?

Hi, I have multiple android phones, all have 1p mobile sims in them, I want to move them all to iD mobile, I can't seem to be able to order more than one sim at a time, so it will be time consuming doing it one at a time.

 

I have just ordered one iD mobile sims, however it took me ages to do, problems with the browser and having to contact my bank, before I could sort it all out.

 

So my question is, is there a way to order more than one sim of the same type, at the same time (so I have multiple sims in my basket at once)?

 

If so, I can check them all out in one go, hopefully reducing the problems that I have in buying multiple sims.

I believe it should be possible to order multiple plans in one basket via the website, however if you’re having issues there, it might be worth contacting the sales team on 0207 1391 397.

 

Please note that if you’ve made a purchase and had a credit check recently, you may need to wait some time before performing another.

Hi Tom, thanks for your response, however when I ordered an iD sim the other day, I tried to order 2 of the same type of sims at the same time, unfortunately I got a message that I am trying to order too many at once, so I needed to remove one, before I could place my order.

 

This is not the first time that I have had this problem, so that is why I asked this message here, hoping that someone has a solution, that I can order multiple sims on the iD website.

 

If there is no other solution, I will contact the sales team as suggested, I will wait a little while, to see if there is another solution.
