If you’d like to check what’s left on your handset payments, you can view this anytime through the iD Mobile account portal or the iD Mobile app.

📱 How to check your remaining balance:

1. Log in to your account or app
2. Go to My Plan / Billing
3. Select your device or contract details
4. You’ll be able to see any remaining device payments and your contract status

🔄 Upgrade options

If you’re nearing the end of your contract, you can:

• Upgrade to a new handset or SIM plan
• Switch to a SIM-only deal up to 24 days before your contract ends

You can view your upgrade options directly in the app or online portal.

❌ If you want to disconnect your service

You can also manage cancellation directly in your account:
