How do I purchase more data with pay as you go

Hi @Luked683,

If you’re on an iD Mobile Pay As You Go plan and need more data, you can purchase another PAYG bundle without waiting for your current one to expire.

To do this:

Log in to your iD Mobile Pay As You Go account.
Make sure you have enough credit available for the bundle you want.
Select the option to purchase a new plan/bundle.
Choose the data allowance that suits you.
Confirm the purchase.

Your new bundle will then provide you with a fresh allowance of data, minutes and texts.

Please note that simply topping up your account doesn’t automatically give you a new data allowance. You’ll need to use the available credit to purchase a bundle.
