how to amend my roaming charges to a low figure

Unfortunately, roaming charges can't be reduced or changed after they've already been incurred.

To help prevent unexpected roaming charges in the future, you can lower your bill cap, or set it to £0. This will stop additional chargeable usage from being added to your bill once the cap has been reached.

To change your bill cap:

1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select Bill Cap.
4. Choose a lower amount, or set it to £0.
5. Save your changes.

Setting your bill cap to £0 is a good way to avoid unwanted out-of-plan charges while travelling.
