how to cancel an add on?

I thought I had ran out of data whilst abroad and added the £30 a month data add on not realising I was on unlimited data anyway and it was just a signal issue, is there a way to cancel this add on it seems pointless paying the £30 a month additional charge whilst I already have unlimited data

Once a data add-on has been purchased, we’re not able to cancel or refund it as it becomes active immediately and is tied to your account for the duration of its validity.

 

As you’re on an unlimited data plan, you won’t need this additional add-on going forward, so you can simply let it expire and avoid purchasing it again in the future.
