How to check data usage with unlimited

I have a sim only contract with unlimited data, texts and calls but I would like to know on average how much data I am using each month. How can I find this out?

    If you check your bill, it tells what you used for the month there

    You are correct your bill will show a breakdown of your usage for each month, including charges and allowances used.
