How do I claim cash back at certain points throughout my contract which I purchased directly from I'd mobile

If the cashback offer was included when you purchased the plan, we'd recommend contacting the point of sale that sold you the contract, as they'll be able to advise how and when the cashback can be claimed.

They'll also be able to confirm:

The cashback terms and conditions.
The claim dates and deadlines.
Any documentation required to submit the claim.
