When I purchased a 12 month plan, it was advertised that I was able to claim cashback on the plan at various points throughout it.
In a welcome pack I received when joining it is stated:
“How to claim your cashback
There are two ways to claim your cashback
1. By logging into your My Account and visiting the
cashback section.”
There is no cashback section in my account. Where do I go to claim this then if this method is outdated?

Could you please confirm whether you purchased the plan directly through iD Mobile or via a third-party site, such as Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk, or MoneySavingExpert?

Yes I realised earlier I got confused with iDMobile and Mobiles, I got it through Mobiles.
When realising this I tried to delete the post so I wouldn’t waste anyones time but I cannot see how.
