How to delete a data bundle purchased in error

I am currently in Canada and was trying to purchase an add on roaming bundle. It turns out I bought more UK data which I do not need. How do I delete this and get it taken off my bill?

(I have since purchased the correct address in for Canada.)

Thank you for getting in touch, and we’re sorry for any confusion caused while you were trying to purchase a roaming bundle. We understand you intended to purchase a Canada roaming add-on but have accidentally purchased additional UK data instead.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to delete or remove an active add-on once it has been purchased or applied to your account
