How can I remove my bill cap from id mobile

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    You can change or remove your bill cap through the iD Mobile app or your online account by following these steps:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app or My Account
    • Select My Services
    • Tap Manage Bill Cap
    • Choose your preferred bill cap amount
    • Save the changes

     

    Please note that iD Mobile requires a bill cap to be set, so you won't be able to remove it completely. However, you can increase it to the maximum available amount if you'd like more flexibility for out-of-plan usage.
