I am looking to pay-off my sim & phone plan early and look at going to SIM only. How do I do this and I assume I keep the phone?

Hi @xAJ27x,Welcome to the Community!You can’t upgrade early by paying a fee unfortunately.However you can terminate the current contract and purchase a new SIM only contract. Unfortunately you won’t be able to move the number to the new iD Mobile account but you can look at a triangle port instead.Kash
