So I mistakenly ordered an E.sim and have also linked it to my account for a direct debit thinking my phone supports an E.sim but I was wrong and so I had to call the customer care to council Mr E.sim order and I ordered a physical SIM which was delivered to me and I also activated it for a direct debit from my account. I did both orders on the same day.however today I was debited for both Sims by my bank.
Please how can I stop the direct debit on the E.sim ??
