I am getting charged £15 and £18 every month

Hello,

I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting charged twice every month for the same iD Mobile plan over the past few months. I only have one mobile plan, so I’m not sure why I’m being charged twice.

I’d appreciate it if you could look into this, explain why it’s happening and arrange a refund for any duplicate payments.

I’ll be attaching images showing the duplicate charges as evidence.
