I am getting an email from no-reply@idmobile.co.uk about an outstanding balance on your iD Mobile account. There is no information about the number or account reference. Last time it did forward to a debt collection company. As I am not aware of this account how I will be able to resolve the situation without registering for an account and to terminate this annoyance. Who I should be contacting to provide me with the next steps so my email is removed from any associated account.
