Thanks for your message. Here’s how to upgrade to a new handset or SIM only plan:

 

Option 1: Upgrade through your iD Mobile account

  • From your dashboard, scroll down and tap on “View all upgrade deals”
  • Scroll down and select “Choose this plan” next to the phone deal you want
  • Tap “Continue” and follow the steps to complete your order (you may need to complete a quick card verification)
  • Tap “Place order”
  • You’ll then receive an order reference number once it’s complete
