Please tell me why I am paying 2 bills but only have one account 

 

Ive been paying two bills since January 2026 and one of them since August 2025. 

The reference numbers are as follows. Payments ended August 11th 2025 on reference number (Hidden)

I spoke to some regarding cancelling this number after texting sometime in August / September 2025.

For some reason you are still taking payment.

 

The other reference number is (Hidden) which started in January 2026. 

Payments for both these numbers have varied between 

£27.66 and ,£27.99 and £25.0

It's say on my account that one of these ended in August 2025.

Can please look into these at your earliest convenience
