I cancelled my subscription yet it is still trying to charge me me

I cancelled my ID mobile subscription around 3 weeks ago yet got an email saying my next payment is due soon and as I had already cancelled I no longer have the sim as it’s no longer needed anymore can you make sure it is cancelled as I don’t deem this very appropriate to take more money out me account that I’ve already paid

I can’t access my account because when I canceled my subscription the first time I got rid of the SIM card as I no longer needed it
