I cant view or download my latest bill

Hi, 

I cant access my latest bill (Feb2026) even though its visible on my app/website. it says "somethjng went wrong" and I cant view or download it.

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble accessing your February 2026 bill,  I understand how frustrating it is when the bill is visible but cannot be opened or downloaded.

 

For iD Mobile, please try the following:

Log out of the iD Mobile app and log in again
Clear your browser or app cache if you are using a web browser
Try accessing the bill using a different browser or device
Check your internet connection and refresh the page
Restart the app after a few minutes, as sometimes bills take time to load or try the website

Hi,

Ive tried on my laptop to see if it works as previously Ive used my phone app. But I am getting a same error message. Please see below.
