Hi there, recieved a notification about a debt of ~£55 even though I

 

  1. Do not have an iD mobile account
  2. Do not have any payment plans set up with iD mobile,
  3. have all my bills set up with an autopay method.
  4. No email about anything related to a debt, purchase, updates, offers or anything to do with iD mobile.

You need to pursue via the CHAT PAGE.

Sounds like you’re a victim of FRAUD.

Type FRAUD on the CHAT PAGE.
