I don’t want to be charged over my plan. How I can blocked mms to be send?

    Hi ​@monika1976,

     

    If you're worried about being charged outside of your plan, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00. This will prevent most out-of-plan charges, including chargeable MMS messages.

     

    To do this:

    • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to My Account.
    • Go to Bills.
    • Select Manage Bill Cap.
    • Set your bill cap to £0.00.
    • Save the changes.

     

    With a £0.00 bill cap in place, any chargeable usage that isn't included in your plan should be blocked.
