i dont remember my old no and i need to pay my bill

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been trying to pay the old out standing phone bill since last year and due to not remembering my old no, i have not been able to resolve this problem. The default account reported to credit score agency , my credit is low and cant get any credit please kindly help🙏
