I have an outstanding bill and need coverage if possible

Hi,

I have an outstanding bill that I can pay on Thursday, is there any possible way that I can get coverage until then, I’m not at home currently and have no way of contacting any of my family or friends in a chance of emergency when I’m not somewhere that has WiFi.
