Question

i have been charged 2 times this month gor my payment when only suppose to charge me once

My bill has came out my bank 2 times this month and it’s only supposed to come out once I would like a refund as this is a joke it’s not supposed to come out twice when I’ve already payed it  I’m very angry and unhappy about this !
