Question

i have been charged twice and my bank says “duplicate payment” i know i had paid my bilk but id mobile continue ld to cut me off and stopped my phone u til i paid my bill again so i have been charged twice and had my phone cutt off

My bill has been paid twice? My bank says “duplicate payment, and my phone was cut off and I had no WiFi to even pay my bill so I had to go and pay my bill twice it’s just inconvenient and horrible customer service
