You won’t get a refund; you’re pay monthly, not Pay Go. If you don’t want to incur additional charges, then either set your bill cap limit to zero or switch to Pay Go.

Hi @Abid Ahmed

Kindly be advised that it appears you may have used all of your data allowance. As a result, you were charged out-of-bundle fees because you have a bill cap set above £0.

The bill cap allows out-of-allowance charges up to the limit you have set. You would have received text message notifications when your data allowance was close to being used up and once it had been fully consumed.

I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. To avoid additional charges in the future, we recommend setting your bill cap to £0. You can do this by following the steps below:

How to Change Your Bill Cap in the App

Step 1
Open the app and tap “Bills” on the bottom navigation bar (located between “Home” and “Plan”).

Step 2
Scroll down and tap “Manage bill cap.”

Step 3
Use the slider to adjust the amount or enter the exact amount you prefer in the “£” field.
