i have just upgraded my sim will my other contract kisy stop

My contact is nearly up I have just bought a new sim with my other just stop?

    Hi ​@Elisehayes,

     

    If this was completed as an upgrade on your existing iD Mobile plan, then yes, your previous plan will automatically be replaced by the new one. You won't need to cancel the old plan separately.

     

    However, if you've taken out a completely new contract rather than an upgrade, both plans could remain active.

     

    If you're unsure whether it was processed as an upgrade or a new contract, please let us know and we'll point you in the right direction.
