Can I swap the number between my two plans,

Hi @Mr A

I understand why you’d want to swap the numbers between your two plans, but I do need to be clear here this isn’t something our systems currently support.

We’re not able to perform internal number switches between two iD Mobile plans. If keeping a specific number is important, the only supported option within iD is to upgrade the plan that already has the number you want to keep.

There is an alternative workaround, but I want to set the right expectations as it does carry some risk. You could request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) for the number you want to keep, move it out to another provider (for example, onto a PAYG SIM), and then port it back into iD Mobile on the other plan.

However, because this involves leaving and rejoining the network, we can’t guarantee the process end-to-end, and there is a risk of delays, temporary loss of service, or issues with the number transfer.
