Question

I have unlimited tax, but on my bill it said I have used up all my taxes and I was charged £24. Why is this?

I have a plan with unlimited text messages and unlimited minutes. I have been charged £24 stating that I used up all my text messages. Why is this?

    Hi @Maria2424

Have you been sending MMS messages that contain images, audio or video attachments?

ONLY basic text message are included in your plan and so you will be charged for any others:-
    https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/call-charges

If this is something you do regularly then it is best to use an App that is free e.g. Whatsapp

To stop any unexpected future costs that are ‘out of plan’ you can set your bill cap to £0:-

    Hope this helps x
