Hi,
I have been using ID mobile for a very long time, when I started as a customer, I never created an ID mobile account as far as I remember.
Recently I relocated to the United States, closed my ID mobile account, and canceled my ID mobile direct debit through the barclays app (big mistake). I no longer have my ID mobile SIM card.
I realised that I probably still need to pay my final bill.
- I cannot log into my ID mobile account.
- I cannot create an ID mobile account as that requires me to recieve an activation code by text. I dont have my SIM card and cannot have it sent to the US, and even if I did my account is closed.
- I cannot call the number to pay my bill by phone.
- I cannot reactivate a SIM or use an eSIM as I am abroad (tried that already).
The live chat hasn’t been too helpful. How can I do the following:
- Do I owe money to ID mobile, if so, how much?
- How do I pay?
