I changed my direct debit date ages ago and it said my next bill will be slightly higher and taken on the 5th. You didnt change the date, tried to take it early, then cut me off and say I owe 2 months. Your online chat doesnt work and any attempt to contact you to sort this is useless.
I'm having to post a question for billing that should be sorted !!!
