I’m experiencing inaccurate data usage

Like others before me, I’m finding my data usage is inaccurate. It’s saying I have used all data, despite specifically paying for more and using less! Please correct this, as I need the data each month. Thank you.

We appreciate how frustrating this can be, especially if you’ve specifically increased your allowance and believe you’ve used less than what is being shown.
