I’m on a £18 unlimited plan, but I’ve been charged £9 for data, minutes and texts with no explanation

Hi there,

I’m on a £19 unlimited plan, so I should be entitled to unlimited texts, calls and data but I’ve been charged £9 for "data, minutes and texts" according to the app. I have not contacted anybody internationally, nor have I sent any multimedia messages. Please could you give me a detailed breakdown as to why I'm paying an extra 50% on top of my monthly bill.

I have since changed my bill cap to £0, as I don't believe I should have been charged any additional costs this month.

You bill will have a breakdown of charges so until you look at your bill.

Have you switched to a new plan, are you a new customer etc
