I need bills from 16 months ago, but my bills online only show past 12 months. How can i access previous ones. ciuld i through a subject access request?

I need access to  bills (or specifically calls made and received) from about 16 months ago (sept 2024), but my bills online only show past 12 months. How can i access previous ones. could l get this through a subject access request?
